"It's Okay Not to be Okay" is a guided workbook carefully designed for those ready to begin their mental and emotional wellness journey. After years of disciplined personal journaling, ten key Focus Areas have been identified as contributing to one's wholeness. Each month, you are asked to work on up to two of these Focus Areas, check in on how you are feeling and doing, and track your progress. This workbook is meant to be thought-provoking, intentional, and self-reflecting, and to assist with developing personal accountability. The goal is to get to Level 10 in each Focus Area. At the end of the workbook, you will have developed healthy habits and patterns to continue your journey of wholeness. Be sure to get an accountability partner to help keep you on track and stay motivated. While you can complete this workbook independently, these exercises also work great in peer settings.
